Inside Sales Representative, Technology Renewals
Location: Hybrid | Type: Full Time | Experience: 3 to 5+ years | Pay: $70K-$85K base, plus tiered commission and quarterly MBO bonus
We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to own a portfolio of renewable technology business across federal, commercial, and higher-education customers. This isn't prospecting or transactional selling. You'll manage complex technology renewals and lifecycle opportunities from the earliest planning conversations all the way through award, balancing customer engagement with pricing strategy, financial analysis, procurement coordination, and long-range pipeline management.
The company is an enterprise technology solutions provider that helps large organizations plan, price, and execute multiyear renewals across software, hardware, subscriptions, and services. Deals move through OEMs, distributors, prime contractors, and contract vehicles, so the work rewards someone who can hold a pricing model and a customer relationship in their head at the same time.
This is a metrics-driven seat. You\'ll own revenue forecasts, gross profit, and quote accuracy, not just account relationships. If you enjoy working with numbers as much as customers, and you want to run a book of business like it\'s your own, this is that role.
You'll join a team that treats renewals as a discipline, not a formality, where success is measured in forecast accuracy, margin, and clean execution rather than activity for its own sake. There's real ownership here: the portfolio is yours to run, and the outcomes are yours to earn.
For a sales professional who likes solving pricing and procurement puzzles as much as talking to customers, this is a rare chance to be paid on measurable business results.
