Compensation: $75,000 base salary + 8% annual performance bonus

A growing technology solutions provider is seeking an Inside Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote-first position; however, the candidate must be located in the Huntsville, AL area to support occasional on-site client engagements. This could be an ideal role for anyone newly out of the military or transitioning into a career in technology sales.

Role Overview:

The Inside Marketing & Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying leads, following up after initial interest, and scheduling appointments or product demonstrations for account executives and sales managers. This role plays a crucial part in moving prospects through the sales pipeline and building early-stage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement: Conduct outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and research potential prospects.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to support meetings and campaign execution.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and activities.
• Customer Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on solution capabilities, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value to customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Technology-related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tech sales or related B2B role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with the Huntsville DoD ecosystem and a strong local network
• Understanding of government contracting processes
• Knowledge of digital engineering, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
