Denttach LLC in Valley City, OH is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for steel manufacturing and processing. You will manage customer accounts, generate quotes, and drive new business with industrial clients.

You will serve as a liaison between customers, production, and purchasing teams, ensuring accurate quotations and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has steel industry sales experience and a track record of building lasting relationships in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing Sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Prior experience within the Steel Industry.
• Working knowledge of steel grades, metallurgy, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and account support.
• Conduct routine outreach to current and prospective customers.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-up.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective customers.
• Develop opportunities within the steel manufacturing and industrial markets.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations utilizing inventory availability, processing requirements, and material costs.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production departments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Collect detailed product specifications and customer requirements.
• Create and process purchase orders and production work orders.
• Maintain activity reports and customer contact records.
• Communicate regularly with sales leadership regarding opportunities and market conditions.
• Provide customer feedback, pricing trends, and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
