Job Description Summary:

• Seeking an energetic, motivated, and dedicated bilingual sales professional to make outbound calls to potential, current, and past customers.
• The role involves growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrollment of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
• Managing leads by tracking and following up
• Conducting sales presentations via phone and internet
• Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets as per the development plan
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics

Training Schedule: 0900-1630 M-F

Initial training in Sunrise, FL, then remote work

Compensation: $17/hr for months 1-2, decreasing to $15/hr from months 3-6, with potential commissions of $15 per approved sale (ranging from $500-$800 biweekly)
