Job Description Summary:

• Requires an energetic, motivated, and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential, current, and past customers.
• The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
• Managing leads by tracking and following up on them
• Conducting sales presentations via phone and internet
• Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with the development plan
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics

Additional Details:

• Training hours: 0900-1630 M-F
• Location: A few days in Sunrise, FL, then remote
• Pay rate: $17/hr for months 1-2, then $15/hr for months 3-6 with commission opportunities ($15 per approved sale, ranging from $500-$800 biweekly)
• Application deadline: June 27, 2025
