**Are you passionate about advancing women's health?** If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! IQVIA, in partnership with Hologic, is seeking high-performing Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to support Novasure, a leading procedure for endometrial ablation.

Role Overview

As an ISR, you'll leverage your sales expertise to schedule virtual calls with physicians, educate them on Novasure, identify key referral networks, and demonstrate how Hologic’s innovative procedure can enhance comprehensive healthcare solutions. This role is entirely virtual, utilizing approved tools and resources for effective product promotion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Complete all assigned training for the Virtual Sales Representative role and dedicate time to retain and build on product and clinical knowledge.
  2. Conduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines.
  3. Ensure compliance with promotional programs and conduct lunch and learns for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  4. Provide timely updates to the Project Manager on business activities, industry trends, and competitive conditions.
  5. Maintain and update current and prospective target referral profiles.
  6. Classify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
  7. Identify where therapies can assist in providing comprehensive healthcare solutions.
  8. Identify key referral networks for the assigned therapy.
  9. Schedule virtual calls with physicians.
Requirements:
  1. 4-year degree from an accredited university.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience.
Preferred Experience:
  • Medical device experience.
  • Experience selling to Primary Care Physicians and/or OB GYNs.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to complete client training and meet expectations.
  • Flexible schedule accommodating different time zones.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Adaptability and effectiveness on various assignments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and field work as needed.
  • Proficient with computer technology (Microsoft Office, CRM, iPad, apps).
Location:

US-based virtual role; candidates may reside outside the territory but must work within the territory time zone.

Compensation: The base salary range is $65,000 to $72,000 annually, with potential incentives, bonuses, and benefits, depending on qualifications and location.
