Job description

**Are you passionate about advancing women's health?** If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! IQVIA, in partnership with Hologic, is seeking high performing Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to support Novasure, a leading procedure for endometrial ablation.

Role Overview

As an ISR, you'll leverage your sales expertise to schedule virtual calls with physicians, educate them on Novasure, identify key referral networks, and demonstrate how Hologic’s innovative procedure can enhance comprehensive healthcare solutions. This role is entirely virtual, utilizing approved tools and resources for effective product promotion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Successfully complete all assigned training for the Virtual Sales Representative role and dedicate time to retain and build on product and clinical knowledge.
  2. Conduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines.
  3. Ensure compliance with promotional programs and conduct lunch and learns for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  4. Provide timely updates to the Project Manager regarding business activities, industry trends, and competitive conditions.
  5. Maintain and update current and prospective referral profiles.
  6. Assess customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
  7. Identify how therapies can provide comprehensive healthcare solutions.
  8. Identify key referral networks for the assigned therapy.
  9. Schedule and conduct virtual calls with physicians.
Requirements:
  1. 4-year degree from an accredited university.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience.
  3. Preferred Experience:
  • Medical device sales experience.
  • Experience selling to Primary Care Physicians and/or OB GYNs.
  • Skills and abilities:
    • Ability to complete client training successfully and meet expectations.
    • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
    • Strong relationship-building skills.
    • Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, goal-oriented.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
    • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and work on various assignments.
    • Self-motivated with disciplined work habits, capable of working remotely and field work as needed.
    • Proficient with computer technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and mobile apps.
  • Location: Virtual within the US, flexible to work within the designated territory's time zone.

    • Adept at identifying opportunities and growing referrals.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

    Compensation

    The potential base salary ranges from $65,000 to $72,000 annually, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may apply.
