The Inside Sales Representative will manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls. You will contact office staff of assigned accounts, identify key decision makers such as Physicians, Medical Assistants, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other medical professionals, with the goal of educating and developing relationships. Your goal is to deliver accurate product information and educate healthcare providers about the vaccine program, ensuring access to patient assistance materials and programs.

Additionally, you may provide lead generation, appointment setting, recruitment for virtual lunch and learns, assist in recruiting for national meetings, and support sales for select brand representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update current and prospective prescriber profiles
  • Stay current with market knowledge and competitive products
  • Maintain a professional image for Buyer and Buyer Products
  • Participate in all required training and sales meetings
  • Make educational presentations (Details)
  • Submit all timekeeping, call activity, and details accurately and timely within the CRM
  • Comply with Promotional Program and proper use of Promotional Materials and Budgets
  • Participate or coordinate virtual and live lunch & learns as applicable
  • Interact appropriately with co-promotional partners or counterparts to collaborate effectively
Qualifications
  • Four-Year College Degree required
  • Minimum 1-3 years inside sales or B2B territory management experience preferred
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Experience with Sales Force preferred
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex product information professionally
  • Ability to accept coaching and feedback for performance improvement
  • Effective multitasking across systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and high work ethic
  • Flexibility to meet business needs
  • Private, quiet workspace required
