You will build connections with clients, understand needs, and connect them to over 43,000 products while supporting pricing requests and tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and records management through phone and email, with cross-department collaboration to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant Quotes, Inside Sales or call center experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Industrial products experience preferred.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with pricing requests, preparing quotes, and recommending tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes and customer relationships via phone and email.

As an Inside Sales Representative for Uline's Quotes team, you’ll work with clients, understand their needs and connect them to our extensive range of over 43,000 quality products. Use your expertise to provide valuable insights and support the success of our growing company!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Support customers with special pricing requests, preparing quotes, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes and strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
• Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
• Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer’s needs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant Quotes, Inside Sales or call center experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Industrial products experience preferred.
