Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for the Quotes team in Georgia. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and connect them to over 43,000 products.

The role focuses on quotes, pricing inquiries, and tailored solutions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in quotes or inside sales, strong communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and tailor solutions.
• Experience with quotes, inside sales or call centers.
• Experience with industrial products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with pricing requests, preparing quotes, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes and strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
• Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.

As an Inside Sales Representative for Uline's Quotes team, you’ll work with clients, understand their needs and connect them to our extensive range of over 43,000 quality products. Use your expertise to provide valuable insights and support the success of our growing company!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Support customers with special pricing requests, preparing quotes, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes and strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
• Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
• Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant Quotes, Inside Sales or call center experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Industrial products experience preferred.
