Job Description

Underground Solutions, Inc (UGS) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our PVC fusion and pipe technologies. The position is remote, but you must reside in the Western Part of the United States.

Underground Solutions, a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company, is one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing companies in the water infrastructure and electrical conduit market, with a portfolio of proprietary and patented technologies targeting water and wastewater infrastructure improvement and undergrounding of electrical conduit.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil), Business, or Marketing preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of inside or outside sales experience, preferably selling technical products in the municipal and/or industrial water or power industries
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain high-quality work, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Nitro, and Outlook
  • Ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
  • Focus on lead generation and increasing sales revenue and margins with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Engineers to identify, develop, and close business opportunities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets
  • Support and expand existing customer relationships and develop new ones
  • Generate technical proposals and submittals for consulting engineers, utilities, and contractors
  • Review plans and specifications, perform take-offs
  • Maintain and expand sales leads within our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Analyze early lead detection data to identify future opportunities
