Role Description The Inside Sales Representative & Loan Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing clients, qualifying leads, and guiding borrowers through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves assessing client needs, presenting suitable loan products, collaborating with processing and underwriting teams, and ensuring a smooth, timely closing experience. The position requires consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance with lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including managing call volumes and converting inquiries into qualified opportunities.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
• Account Management skills, including maintaining client records, tracking progress, and ensuring timely updates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and loan origination processes; NMLS license or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, including occasional extended hours to meet client and business needs.
