Katapult Network is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to support a growing sales team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role includes training and development to build confidence in communication and pipeline management.

The position emphasizes outbound calling, prospect discovery, and collaboration to refine outreach strategies, with a path toward ownership of personal performance and earnings through commissions and bonuses.

The Job:

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to support a growing sales team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, competitive, and interested in learning how sales works from the ground up.

In this position, you'll spend your day connecting with potential customers, following up on leads, and helping move conversations forward. You won't be expected to have everything figured out on day one as in-depth training is provided. With this in mind, you should be comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, and staying consistent with follow-up. Over time, you'll build confidence in your communication style and develop the skills needed to manage your own pipeline.

• $45,000-55,000/year + uncapped commission + quarterly bonuses
