We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative

focused on the Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio to join our international team and help us grow revenue in the Americas region (North & Latin America). The role requires someone motivated, organized, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with qualified leads generated by the Business Development team, engaging them to schedule technical demos, nurture relationships, and close smaller deals for the Americas region. For larger opportunities, you will collaborate with the Account Executive team to ensure successful handoffs. This is a great opportunity to grow a promising SaaS startup while developing your sales skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, calls, and emails. Develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and create deals in the CRM for small and medium opportunities.
  • Create and manage new and existing business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle for small deals, ensuring timely closures.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and activity metrics.
  • Share feedback to optimize sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Excellent phone, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Language proficiency: English & Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
