Job summary

FASTSIGNS is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers at our FASTSIGNS Center. You will learn to prepare estimates, manage work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

Join a team focused on growing sales through daily meetings, business and marketing plans, and building lasting client relationships. You will interact with customers by email, phone, in person, and at their business locations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.

• Sell a unique, exciting product line that changes by the minute completely based on customer needs and desires.
