Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a focus on Cold Formed Steel (CFS) to be a primary contact for our clients and a resource for project support.

The role emphasizes building relationships, processing orders, and offering practical solutions in a fast-paced DPR environment. Prior experience in construction supply or equipment sales is preferred, with familiarity in RentalMan and Coupa advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales experience required.
• Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus.
• Knowledge of Coupa (P2P software) preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Building key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.
• Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders.
• Providing and recommending solutions to the customer.
• Placing and receiving purchase orders.
• Quoting and invoice processing.
• Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.

Education and Experience

• 1-2+ years of sales experience required .
• Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus .
