NeoGenomics seeks a Remote Inside Sales Representative for the Central Region (KS, IL, IN, MO, AR, KT, LA) who is eager to learn and contribute to our growth.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a remote role reporting to the Director of Inside Sales in the Clinical Services Division. The ISR sells NeoGenomics’ oncology diagnostic testing services to current Tier D customers and prospects via phone, email, or virtual meetings. Responsibilities include cold calling, attending trade shows, and mailing campaigns to identify new opportunities, educate physicians, and promote our diagnostic services using approved virtual tools.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and plan territory activities with the Director of Inside Sales
  • Sell products, develop new accounts, and expand existing ones
  • Engage with customers to support ongoing orders and identify growth opportunities
  • Support corporate goals and deliver key sales messages
  • Manage accounts, facilitate orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Understand products thoroughly to align solutions with customer needs
  • Analyze accounts and develop strategies to acquire their business
  • Track activities in SFDC for visibility and follow-up
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of clinical inside sales experience; prior sales training a plus
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and business skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn product details and communicate benefits effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 10%
