Job summary

Carter Lumber in Akron, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to become the face of the store, delivering friendly customer service and product guidance. You will share information, quote packages, process transactions, and help customers find the right solutions.

You will also follow up on online quotes, qualify new leads, support Outside Sales Reps, and assist with inventory tasks. The role includes salary plus commission with uncapped earnings, with opportunities to grow within our family-owned

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product information and advice.

• Assist in inventory control, including cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
• Serve as the store's face and main point of contact for customers.

Description

When a customer walks in the store, you will be there to assist them. You will share product information, give advice on their project needs, produce estimates for packages/projects and process transactions. You will also follow up on online customer quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, support the Outside Sales Reps as needed, and assist in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and resolving overages/shortages.

Each ISR completestraining to learn our products, our POS System, and how to fill out paperwork. Salary + commission! Our commission is structured so that there is no limit to your compensation.
