- We are excited to add to our team: the Inside Sales Representative. This role involves pre-qualifying and pre-selling customers, following up post-appointments to secure sales, and scheduling appointments with field sales reps.
- This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all new leads from various sources.
- Initiate contact with prospects to gather information and assess needs.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments with field sales reps.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prequalify customers.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments to optimize schedules and travel.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Follow up after sales appointments to generate additional sales.
- Generate contracts, process sales orders accurately, and follow up with clients.
- Collaborate with sales team to strategize and close deals.
- Meet and exceed set quotas and goals.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $19.24 hourly rate plus commission.
- $50 monthly phone allowance.
- 80 PTO hours annually.
