  6. We are excited to add to our team: the Inside Sales Representative. This role involves pre-qualifying and pre-selling customers, following up post-appointments to secure sales, and scheduling appointments with field sales reps.
  7. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Respond promptly to all new leads from various sources.
  2. Initiate contact with prospects to gather information and assess needs.
  3. Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments with field sales reps.
  4. Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prequalify customers.
  5. Coordinate and schedule appointments to optimize schedules and travel.
  6. Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
  7. Follow up after sales appointments to generate additional sales.
  8. Generate contracts, process sales orders accurately, and follow up with clients.
  9. Collaborate with sales team to strategize and close deals.
  10. Meet and exceed set quotas and goals.
  11. Manage customer relationships using CRM platforms.
Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $19.24 hourly rate plus commission.
  • $50 monthly phone allowance.
  • 80 PTO hours annually.
