Job description

Biltright Turf is excited to add to their team.The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for pre-qualifying and pre-selling customers, following up with customers after appointments to secure sales, and scheduling appointments with field sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to all new leads from multiple sources in a timely manner
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects to gather information and assess their needs
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments with field sales representatives
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prequalify customers
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between customers and field sales to optimize schedules and travel time
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Follow up with customers after appointments to generate sales through follow-up
  • Generate and process sales orders accurately; follow up with clients after the sale
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives to strategize and close deals
  • Meet and exceed all quotas and goals
  • Manage customer information through CRM platforms
Requirements

Compensation
  • $19.24 hourly rate plus commission
  • $50 monthly phone allowance
  • 80 PTO hours accrued annually
  • Paid holidays
