Your Role: You will play a key role in driving new business through internet research and strategic telephone sales engagements with prospects. Your responsibility will be to produce quality insurance leads while collaborating with a retail insurance agency producer to convert these leads into new business.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing new business: Produce quality insurance leads through internet research and strategic telephone engagements

Managing client relationships: Qualify leads by obtaining information such as insurance expiration dates to uncover new business opportunities

Prospecting: Perform internet research to gather information on potential insurance leads and make outbound calls to cultivate new prospects

Generating sales: Utilize sales skills to encourage prospects to commit to obtaining an insurance quote and focus on increasing customer sales

What You’ll Bring:

Sales experience: Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory

Relationship-building skills: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

Ambition and drive: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to grow and achieve sales targets

Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service

Qualifications:

A college degree or equivalent business/industry experience

Completion of the Property and Casualty Insurance License expected within 60 days of your hire date

Salary Range: This position offers the potential to increase customer sales and grow territory production, with opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions based on growth.
