This is a remote position.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective leadership, utilizing MS Office tools, managing the customer lifecycle, and executing the sales process. You will also play a key role in business development, ensuring customer service excellence, and delivering impactful sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to manage sales activities and customer interactions
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive sales performance and execution
  • Manage the customer lifecycle and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business development opportunities
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Zoho and Salesforce to track and manage sales activities
  • Utilize email and telephone skills to communicate with clients effectively and prospects
