The Inside Sales Account Representative will handle phone, fax and e-mail inquiries in regards to entering orders, helping customers with their application(s) to determine what their product requirements may be, stock availability, open order status, shipment availability, open order status, shipment history status, etc. Must keep the Sales Force advised of what is happening in their particular territory. Handle all debit/credits in a timely manner.
In this role, the working environment is both an indoor climate-controlled office and plant manufacturing environment. The physical demands may include but are not limited to occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds, and prolonged exposure to indoor and outdoor environments.
