This is a part-time remote role for a Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing and sending invoices, handling client billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing, while upholding excellent communication and customer service standards.

• Proficiency in Billing Processes and expertise in preparing and managing Invoicing
• Strong Client Billing experience and a keen attention to details
• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setup
• Experience with billing software and tools is advantageous
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
