Job summary

Ferguson, Union City, GA, is seeking a sales support professional to join our onsite team (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:30pm). You will prepare pricing proposals, support bids, and share product and technical information with outside sales reps to help win utility market projects.

You will help manage the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, maintain customer documentation, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Familiarity with sales techniques: prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; PM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives to generate sales in the utility market.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and resolution of technical or service-related issues.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards are upheld and all corrective actions and field quality reports are managed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Range

$18.71 - $34.36

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
