DistributionNOW in Wisconsin is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve drilling and production accounts, coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery. This role supports the sales team, handles order creation through delivery paperwork, and provides product consulting to customers.

You will interact with customers and vendors, maintain organized records, and contribute to growth by strengthening relationships and expanding market share.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Drilling and/or production knowledge preferred.
• Experience in inside sales/customer service is a plus.
• Must have current, valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Serve drilling and/or production accounts.
• Support sales team in administrative tasks.
• Interact with customers and vendors to complete orders.
• Manage entire order process, from creation through delivery paperwork.
