Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the United States to reach homeowners in assigned areas, generate sales, and explain the benefits of HomeTeam’s pest control solutions. Training is provided, so prior sales experience is not required.

You will build relationships, complete accurate paperwork, and work independently to meet targets. Compensation ranges from $55K to $70K annually with a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
