Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to reach homeowners in the assigned area, generating sales and building lasting relationships. No prior sales experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $55K–$70K annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
