Job summary

Hulett Brand in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a motivated Customer Service / Sales Associate to engage callers generated by marketing campaigns, understand their needs, and explain our products with confidence.

You will convert inquiries into sales, coordinate service scheduling for new customers, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. The role offers a $20/hour base plus commission and comprehensive benefits, with a convenient location near Florida’s Turnpike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role involving similar responsibilities
• A track record of success in customer service, sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including a friendly, confident, professional phone presence
• Comfort learning product details and explaining them clearly to customers
• A self-starter attitude with strong follow-through and attention to detail
