Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products in North America, is seeking a customer-focused sales support professional in Topeka, KS. This role handles price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries while coordinating with operations and the Outside Sales team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has front-line customer service and sales experience, and may bring industry knowledge in construction or building materials.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Willingness to learn and retain broad product information.

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
