Inside Sales Representative | Actively Promoting and Facilitating Account Growth

We're a fast-growing company with a collaborative, high-energy team—and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to help take us to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers—guiding them through the sales process, offering tailored product solutions, and helping turn inquiries into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Make outbound calls to warm leads and proactively follow up on quotes
• Build relationships and guide clients to the right product solutions
• Track your pipeline and performance in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and BDE teams on campaigns and outreach
• Host in-person consultations (by appointment) in our Phoenix showroom

Your Impact Will Be Measured By:

• Monthly sales performance
• Daily outreach activity
• Quote follow-up conversion
• CRM accuracy and engagement
• Contribution to team revenue goals

Who You Are:

2+ years in inside sales, lead qualification, or customer service

A people-first communicator with a passion for problem-solving

Comfortable making calls, managing multiple accounts, and closing deals

HubSpot experience is a plus (or a quick study with CRMs)

Organized, detail-driven, and proactive

Must be based in Phoenix or willing to relocate—this is an on-site role
