Sager Electronics in San Jose, California, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with at least five years of related experience to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for customers—handling quotes, processing orders, and proactively keeping clients informed about shipments.

• Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Management to identify and execute strategies for new and existing business opportunities.
• Partner with supplier representatives and customer purchasing contacts to support ongoing sales initiatives.

Compensation

• Annual Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $73,775
• Annual Total Compensation Range (Base + Incentive): $83,333 - $122,958

The typical compensation structure includes a base salary representing approximately 65% of the total target income and a monthly incentive opportunity representing about 35% of the total target income.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Final base pay and target incentive details will be confirmed at the time of offer.
