A leading provider of enterprise management software is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Phoenix. This role involves finding and qualifying sales leads, maintaining a sales plan, and supporting marketing efforts. Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree and sales team experience, particularly in the hospitality sector, and possess strong communication skills.

JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Department: S ales
Status: Exempt
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for finding, qualifying and driving new leads into the top end of the Jonas Hospitality sales funnel. As well selling and closing smaller opportunities. The Inside Sales Rep (ISR) will work closely with the Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to manage back to base sales orders, contract processing, lead qualifications as well as supplemental efforts in support of the BDR in determining what hotels to prospect and which opportunities to take the lead on. The ISR, will need to maintain a master sales plan that is easy to follow and shows methodical break downs of how and when b2b efforts and prospects will be contacted, and opportunities will be closed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and maintain a Comprehensive Sales Plan, identifying key prospects to target within North America.
Work closely with the RSDs to make sure everyone is inline and aware of what is being prospected and by whom.
Identify business opportunities by a series of research, qualifying and discovery to establish prospects needs and goals.
Operate as a bridge between marketing and sales as it relates to email campaigns. Following up on marketing distributed campaigns as well as creating different interest creation campaigns.
Qualify, sell and close smaller opportunities with a focus on b2b orders.
Learn to demonstrate Jonas Hospitality solutions to prospective clients and serve as a backup to the application consultants.
Stay up to date with Industry trends, market activities and competitor products.
Use Social Media to help drive brand and product awareness and source potential leads.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Commit to outbound sales objectives of 50-100 outbound calls per day.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
4-year College Degree preferred Previous experience working on a sales team preferred, especially in hospitality sales. Previous hotel operations would be ideal.
Technical Skills:
1. Must be comfortable speaking on a telephone with good tonality and speed.
2. General experience with windows and MS Office software
3. Ability to learn technical details regarding computer hardware and third party software products offered by the Company.
4. Experience using Salesforce.com.
