Job summary

Honor Foods is looking for an energetic and customer focused Inside Sales Representative in Orlando, FL to support our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to manage orders, solve problems, and assist in driving sales growth while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, building relationships, processing orders, and supporting the Outside Sales team. We’re seeking candidates with 2–3 years of sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or account support experience.
• Foodservice or food distribution experience is a plus.
• Organized, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Build relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Process orders and manage customer information accurately.
• Communicate inventory updates and recommend substitute products when needed.
• Help resolve delivery, shipment, and customer service issues.
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Assist with reports, quotes, and sales support activities.

• Experience With VLOOKUPs And Pivot Tables Preferred
