AE Landscape Borders in Nashville, TN is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven. You will work with homeowners who have expressed interest, respond to warm inbound leads by phone and text, and turn conversations into qualified appointments for our Design Consultants.

This position offers day or night shifts, in‑person work, base pay with commissions, and incentives for top performers.

Inside Sales Representative

AE Landscape Borders is looking for a motivated, competitive, and goal-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Nashville, TN.

This is not your typical call center position. You’ll work with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services, build relationships, answer questions, overcome objections, and turn leads into qualified appointments for our Design Consultants.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM, Monday–Friday
• Night Shift: 12 PM – 8 PM, Monday–Friday
• Every other weekend: Rotating weekend schedule
• When working your weekend, Thursday & Friday are off
• Weekend shifts are 7 AM – 3 PM

Pay

• 17-hour base pay + commission opportunities + additional performance-based incentives for top daily performers
