Inside Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical Drug Development

Location: [Neptune City - Asbury Park area, New Jersey

Full-Time | Base Salary + Bonus + Commission | Medical, Dental, PTO & More

Channel Methods is a dynamic team that supports leading firms in Clinical Research and Drug Development. We specialize in providing strategic sales and marketing support to Contract Research Organizations (CROs), CDMOs, and related service providers in the life sciences sector.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivatedInside Sales Representativeto help identify and qualify companies in need of drug development services. In this role, you'll collaborate with senior life science executives worldwide and play a critical part in our clients’ business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and transition them into the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate data using internal CRM systems and research tools
  • Collaborate with senior team members on strategy and outreach efforts
  • Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to support your growth
