BlueLinx Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Little Rock, AR. You’ll collaborate with the sales team, learn the BlueLinx process, and build lasting relationships with customers.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1–3 years of sales experience on the phone will help you excel in this role. You will identify opportunities, manage quotes and orders, and contribute to profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/Sales/Communication or equivalent is preferred.
• 1-3 years Sales Experience with a comfort level on the telephone and honest communication.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
