• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritizes daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards.

Job Summary:

Provides advanced inside sales and customer support by managing customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment activities. Education Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations required.2- 4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.
