Job summary

DPR Construction’s OES Equipment division is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment. You’ll serve as the primary internal contact to ensure accurate processing and timely issue resolution, drawing on strong product knowledge and process expertise.

You will collaborate with outside sales representatives, branch leadership, and internal support teams to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient order

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts per standards.
• Coordinates purchasing for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services per procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities with accurate records and discrepancy resolution.
• Collaborates with outside sales reps and branch leadership to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Uses product knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage time to meet service standards.

Job Summary

Provides advanced inside sales and customer support by managing customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment activities. Key Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision‑making and resolve service‑related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards.

Education Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations required.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.

Certifications and Licenses

None required.

Salary

Anticipated starting pay range (hourly): $24.00 - $32.00
