Job summary

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc is seeking a customer-focused professional for a front-line role supporting price quotes, orders and inquiries. You will coordinate delivery, support outside sales, and help ensure accurate billing and information flow across teams.

Ideal candidates bring frontline customer service and sales experience, plus familiarity with construction materials. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and strong communication and product knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Construction/building materials industry experience a plus.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
