Arrow Electronics, Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Purchase, NY. The role focuses on selling the Arrow line card within a defined territory, serving as the daily contact for customers and suppliers, and driving profitable sales on existing accounts.

You will build strong customer relationships, handle quotations, and contribute to territory and account planning while collaborating with internal resources. The position is hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience with experience in electronics sales strongly preferred
• The ability to build influential relationships
• Strong communication, negotiating, and organization skills
• Customer service orientation
• The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results
• PC Skills (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)
• College degree, preferred
• Experience in electronic components distribution inside sales.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
• ITAR

Work Arrangement:

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$28.58 - $34.93

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
