Stratus Building Solutions of Houston is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to play a key role in driving new business opportunities. This role focuses on setting qualified appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) by identifying and engaging with potential customers.
As an ISR, you will leverage outbound calls, lead generation tools, and research methods to connect with decision-makers and qualify prospects for recurring commercial cleaning services. Your success will be measured by appointment setting rates, weekly scheduled meetings, and proposal delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Make 15-20 outbound calls per hour to identify and qualify potential customers.
Set 15+ qualified appointments per week for the Outside Sales Representatives.
Identify decision-makers and gather key prospect information (name, company, email/phone).
Ensure all appointments include a defined date, time, and opportunity to present a proposal for recurring service.
Maintain a high proposal delivery rate for scheduled appointments.
Work closely with the OSR team to optimize lead generation efforts and increase conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy talking to people and building relationships!
High energy, goal-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high call volume efficiently.
Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools (preferred but not required).
