Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, consulting with potential customers about their moving needs, and providing accurate quotes and service recommendations. The role includes following up on leads, converting inquiries into booked moves, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure a positive customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with operations and customer service teams to coordinate schedules, resolve concerns, and support high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities involve using CRM tools, handling phone, email, and chat communications, and meeting individual and team sales targets.
