Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers, prepare estimates, process work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished signs.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail or counter sales, a high school diploma, strong listening and organizational skills, and a desire to learn and build relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4+ hours) and view a computer screen for long periods.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and assist in business and marketing plans to drive center success.
• Interact with customers via email, phone, in-person, and on-site at their business locations.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
