Job summary

FASTSIGNS #350301 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and helping with orders. The role involves preparing estimates, coordinating work orders, and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support marketing plans, and strive to turn prospects into long-term clients while delivering high-quality service across multiple communication channels.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
