Job summary

Border International in El Paso, TX currently seeks an Inside Sales Representative to assist customers with product information, determine equipment to purchase, and drive revenue through outbound calls, order entry, and coordinating with fulfillment.

You will upsell products, maintain customer databases, and collaborate with OSRR and distributors to secure new opportunities while meeting sales targets and providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Inside Sales experience preferred.
• 2-3 years in heavy duty truck parts is advantageous.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Qualify leads and transfer orders to fulfillment.
• Explain product features and upsell relevant products/services.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of customers and opportunities.

An Inside Sales Representative providesproduct customer service&informationto help them determineappropriate equipmenttopurchase. Recommendsadditionalproducts, accessories, or services to meet customer requirements. Generatessales revenue by answering telephone calls, verifying and entering items, transferring orders to fulfillment, and explaining product features.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Following up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
• Understanding customers’ needs andidentifyingsales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sendingadditionalinformation by email.
• Keepingup with product and service information and updates.
• Creating andmaintaininga database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining anddemonstratingfeatures of products and services.
• Stayinginformed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.li>
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Work closely withOSSR(OutsideSalesRepresentatives)and distributors toacquirenew opportunities.
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
• Set and meet sales goals andobjectivesset by the management team.
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
• May conduct cashier transactions or restock merchandise if needed.
• Arrangesspecial orders, deliveries or instruct customers on product installation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years ofInsideSales experience (preferred).
• 3 years of heavy duty truck parts experience.
• Knowledge in the transportation industry, a plus.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based oncustomer’sneeds.
• Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills.
• Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understandingof consumer behaviors and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, includingexecutive, customers, etc.
• Natural relationship builder with integrity,reliabilityand maturity.
• Excellent listening, negotiation,presentationand customer service skills.
