Sabert Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build customer relationships, manage inquiries, and develop new business opportunities. This early career program focuses on sales, account management, and packaging industry growth.
You will support an experienced team, learn product offerings, and contribute to revenue through customer engagement and territory growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Inside Sales Representative supports Sabert’s food-packaging sales organization by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer inquiries, preparing pricing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
This role is designed for early-career professionals who are interested in developing a career in sales, account management, and the packaging industry. As part of Sabert’s Early Career Talent Development Program, the Inside Sales Representative receives hands‑on learning and development while supporting new business development, customer account management, sales pipeline activity, and territory‑growth initiatives.
Sabert’s Rise Program develops high‑potential early‑career talent into future commercial leaders by building foundational expertise in professional effectiveness, sales execution, and business acumen through a structured, experiential learning journey.
Through a structured blend of classroom learning (virtual or live session), coaching, mentorship, cross‑functional exposure, field experience, and progressive sales responsibility, participants develop from early‑career hires into confident, customer‑focused professionals who can contribute meaningfully to Sabert's growth strategy.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, business acumen, customer focus, organization, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
