Role Overview:
As a Specialist, Success Advisor focused on our fintech products, you’ll help our service professionals (our Pros) strengthen their businesses by driving adoption of our fintech products, increasing credit card (CC) attachment, and connecting Pros with our consumer products. Through consultative selling, you’ll uncover each Pro’s day-to-day challenges and goals, connect them with the right solutions, and show how those solutions add value. Your empathy and understanding of their pain points will help you build trust and create lasting relationships that go beyond transactional sales. This role is open to candidates, with an expected base hourly rate of $18.39-$20.43 and annual on-target earnings of $60,000 . The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
