Cheeky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in North Georgia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth from our Cumming, GA office. You will follow up on quotes, re-book appointments, sell memberships, and book maintenance visits while hitting daily targets.

Base pay plus uncapped bonuses yields on-target earnings of $70K-$80K per year. We provide a structured 10-day onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a daytime Monday–Friday schedule with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting or another commission-based role.
• Experience in home services or ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Ability to meet daily targets.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsabilités

Job Description

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped spiffs on every sale you drive
• On-target earnings of $70,000–$80,000 a year
• Paid, structured training: a full 10-day onboarding, scripts, role-plays and ongoing coaching
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule, Flexible hours: we schedule around when customers actually pick up

Requirements

• Persistence. You don't quit after a few calls. You keep going until the customer says yes or asks you to stop.
• Empathy. You genuinely get what the homeowner wants or needs and why it matters to them.
• A will to win. You're competitive and want to top the leaderboard.
• A love of numbers. You track your pick-up, contact and close rates and always want them higher.
• A hunger to learn. You take coaching and get better every month.
• Flexibility. You'll adjust your hours to call when customers are home.
• Team spirit. You'll be in every tech and CSR meeting, sharing what you're seeing.
• Comfort with databases and Excel, and the creativity to use a script and still sound like yourself.
