Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. in Coldwater, MI seeks an Inside Sales Representative to service existing customers, win new accounts, and drive orders through planned daily calls to outlets and dealers.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, understand customer needs, present suitable suspension-related products, and maintain strong relationships while using MS Office, especially Excel, to track orders and performance. 1+ years inside sales experience preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
